Enrollment Process

Each ACE Charter School shall admit all pupils who wish to attend the school subject only to capacity. Applications will be accepted during a publicly-advertised application period each year for enrollment in the following school year.

The Lotteries for ACE Charter Schools, for the 2017-2018 Academic Year, are as follows:
ACE Charter High School - Friday, December 2nd, 2016.
ACE Charter Middle Schools - Friday, February 3rd, 2017.

Select the "Intent to Enroll" PDF for your student's desired school
1) Complete an Intent to Enroll Form (ITE)* for the English Form or the Spanish Form or to fill it out On-Line.
2) Forms can be mailed, faxed, or dropped off to the address/phone number at the bottom of the form.
3) If we receive more applications then there are spaces by the date of the Lottery, we will hold a public Lottery.
4) The Monday after the Lottery, Enrollment Packets will be mailed or made available to submit online.
5) Once completed Enrollment Packet is submitted, your space is secured.

*Please note that we will note solicit any information such as income, home language, ethnic background, or any special needs a student may have, prior to the lottery. No test or assessment shall be administered to students prior to acceptance or enrollment.
