ACE Student Story: Roberto Vargas
“A lot of the friends I grew up with are either dead, in jail, or on drugs. Thank you for supporting ACE, because ACE exists, I was able to find a different direction for myself and my family.”
During the ACE Charter High School Celebration on March 7th, 2018, Senior Roberto Vargas shared a heartfelt and moving speech. Roberto describes his life before ACE, his journey of transformation and his hopes and dreams for the future. His story is truly inspirational. Roberto is living proof that, no matter how much a student may struggle in school, every student has the potential to grow, thrive and be successful.
